Bizarre Holidays Calendar App Reviews

I have been searching for an app like this. I rarely leave reviews, but this is exactly what I wanted.

Its a great app, and super fun to look up when Im bored with my friends, but I found some things I disliked as well. I found that I would hear of other weird holidays and they wouldnt be one there, or on a different day. For example chip and dip day. Also, it might be cool if you put all the real holidays on there too, just to keep everyone on track :) good job though guys!

Love have something specific to celebrate each day !! You should only have one or two on each day though, less confusing. 

Nothing but meaningless list with no information.

As useless and meaningless this app is its really fun.

So hard to read the text with the loud, noisy background images. There should be a way to turn them off.

You forgot to include many holidays. I recommend checking other holiday sources.

Some holidays are listed on wrong day. They are the first "Sunday in August" for instance, but are on the day that was Sunday last year. Please fix!

I enjoy the humor of the app. Dont expect to see EVERY holiday listed. You may know something exists on a certain day, but it wont be there. A few holidays show up on different days. It would also be cool to have interactive links to find out what the holiday was about, for example, Veep Day, and a search function to see if a certain holiday was listed. However, like I said, for a buck, Ive been having fun sharing the holidays with friends.

I love this app. I pick what holiday I want for the day and enter it into Safari and get a picture that matches the holiday. Then I can post it on FB and text it to my friends.

So its a good app if you like random holidays, but they forgot the most important holiday of all........ NATIONAL TURTLE DAY ! May 23 ❤️

I like this app a lot! Hallmark use to have one but stopped updating it so this is a very good substitute. I do agree with some of the comments about more interaction as far as looking up the meaning about some of the holidays. It is fun to see what today might be celebrating!

I love this app! I wondered where I could find all the weird holidays and food days and then we found this! Lots of fun at work where everyone gets into it.

I have an iPhone 4S and it does not add these to my calandar

I use the app everyday. It is great. It repeats holidays, like there are four or so Jugglers Day.

I look at this app every day. The background colors could be muted a little to make the text easier to read and it would be nice to see the days in calendar format rather than a list. Minor complaints considering how much I enjoy the app overall.

Love knowing what today is! When the boss is being a crab, my coworkers and I just use the holiday as a take-off for the daily jokes. We brought a cake to work for "Waiting for the Barbarians" day...Would like to be able to scroll to a month though, rather than have to scroll through all the days. When someone asks what day is it on their birthday in November, it takes a minute to get there. Maybe next revision?

I think this app would be better if it gave descriptions of the days or at least let you click to perform a google search. Also the interface could be better (like by letting you view by month/week/day, etc). Other than that its a cool app - has at least 1 holiday per day, usually more. If those changes I mentioned are made its 5 stars!
